Furthest along I have ever been

I did it! I made it to 4w6d with no bleeding.

I am on progesterone after 2 early MCs.

I really thought I was out yesterday. I was cramping so hard that I had to take a Tylenol and turn on the heating pad. It felt like bad period cramps! Not as bad as my MCs I think.

But still no blood. And this morning my test is darker than ever.

I read that others have had really bad cramps like period cramps for weeks and that their doctors said it was normal. Anyone here had that experience?

Also, I read that constipation can feel like period cramps in early pregnancy. That makes sense because I have had some serious 💩 problems the past few days. Y’all been in pain with your constipation and diarrhea?
