Could this be implantation bleeding ?

The other day I saw a few little drops of blood in my underwear and didn’t think it was anything but then today I had light cramping and so I thought maybe I was gonna start my period so I put on a pantie liner just in case but the I looked and I I’m supposed to start for another week and I never started early ever I’m always a few days late also me and my boyfriend have been ttc and have had sex everyday since I got off me period last. I took a pregnancy test about 5 days ago and it was negative but it could just be to early to tell idk.

Anyways do you guys think it could be implantation bleeding or just my period ?
