What has your boss given you for Xmas?

So I’m curious what are some gifts you’ve received and appreciated or what are some things you’d like. 
We own our own companies and in previous years I’ve hosted Christmas parties by taking them out to fancy dinners. This year has been so busy and chaotic I do not have time to plan/organize a night out for Christmas so my question stems from wanting to purchase each employee a thank you gift they would actually appreciate.

My dad's boss always gave 2 gifts, one was a $100 gift card for a grocery store and the other was a voucher to fill a vehicle with gas. He wanted to make sure his employees and their families never went hungry over Thanksgiving or Christmas (even tho they paid well) I worked for a bar and my dads boss was best friends with my boss and he would have each worker there $50 plus $20 in scratch offs.

Wine, cards with money. One year we got fleece sweatshirts with our name and the company name embroidered. 
My husbands company does a party every year and everyone gets a raffle ticket, and then you pull until the prizes are gone, everyone gets a prize, but the big ones go faster. Sometimes they’re 31 containers full of mini shots of booze, sometimes they’re like, kitchen utensil/oven mitt/towel kind of sets. Fun if you get first pull. Lame is you get last 🙄
