Could I be pregnant? Did my IUD fail?

I just got my IUD about 2 months ago..I just had sex for the first time a few weeks ago with the IUD. He didn’t pull out, we didn’t use a condom, and he finished inside of me. I’ve been having cramps for the last 3 days and I have not had any bleeding what so ever. Its been thicker white discharge...But I don’t want to say that and it just be the IUD causing these cramps. The weird thing is this whole time I’ve had the IUD I’ve been bleeding and spotting with cramps and now I’m having cramps and no bleeding. So I’m wondering if I could possibly be pregnant. I also can’t feel my iud strings anymore so I’m wondering if it got knocked out of place and he got me pregnant. Any ideas?
