Wearing daily pads constantly?

I just need to confirm that i'm not the only one who's wearing daily pads constantly.
I have a fair amount of discharge that makes it inconvenient to just wear underwear without thin daily pads.
i change the pad -almost- everytime i go to the toilet. it just feels cleaner and easier to deal with. is it normal?

Pads mess up your vagina’s ph and may be making your problem worse. I would suggest trying cloth pads better, and maybe a cup during your period. Much healthier changes for your vagina.

I do but I get unbleached, unscented,  pure cotton hypoallergenic ones. No problem with ph.

I used to do that until I started noticing my discharge was smelling worse and worse. I started going without them and now it’s better. I just wipe it off my panties with toilet paper or a wipe when I use the restroom
