I wanna stop it.
EVERY Nights I dream.
But not good and beautiful dreams, it's either nightmares like horror movies or it's just really uncomfortable dreams...
It has been 5 months it's like that and it's really tiring.
First I was exhausted, felt like I didn't sleep.
Now it's better since I "face" my dreams. Sounds weird but I kinda know when it's a dream at a certain point and try to make the situation better 😅😅🤷
Anyway, I hate that.
I googled if we can stop dreaming, apparently...it's impossible of course 😅
So at least stop making nightmares.
I know it could come from so fear or stress, well I'm 20 and of course I'm stressed about my future, what I am gonna do. Also I'm stressed about the environment...
Do you think it could also be from watching phone before sleeping? Heard it doesn't help to sleep well...🤷
any of you have lived that before??
