39+3 and no indications of baby

My son is large 9.5 lbs give or take and I am miserable. Hips popping and reflux/heartburn are bad. With my daughter I had the bloody show and had her 2 days later at 38+4. With this baby I still haven’t noticed loosing my mucus plug or anything that would indicate labor. If I don’t go by Monday my doctor will have to give me a c-section as I am a VBAC patient. I really don’t want a c-section but at the same time he will not come out😭 is it possible he’s too big for me to go into labor on my own? I’ve been 1cm dilated 60-80% effaced for 3weeks
