Lip twitching?

Anyone had this happen? My upper lip has begun twitching today. Nothing else weird going on, just feel like I’m looking crazy whenever I talk to people today. Hoping it’s not a sign of anything else, I haven’t had time to look at Dr. Google too much because work is ridiculous.

I haven't experienced lip twitching before but my eyelid will do it sometimes. I've noticed that it mostly happens when I'm stressed out. Could be the cause of it but I have no clue. Our bodies are weird.

Probably just need a little extra magnesium in your diet. No need to supplement, just eat some magnesium rich foods (Google can tell you what, I don't remember)

I’d say probably not. I had Bell’s Palsy 5 years ago and o have permanent nerve damage to the right side of of my face. It’s not terribly notify, but I can tell you the extra stress on my body during this pregnancy has made it worse. The last month it has been getting even worse than before. I’m very self conscious about it, so I have definitely noticed a difference.

Don’t look at Dr. Google! It’s will just add to anxiety. After watching a documentary about a football player with ALS, I developed twitching all over my body and convinced myself for a whole year I had it. Google is the devil.
