Where has that sexy gone to?

Usually am modest about me being naked. Now that I'm BFing not only do I feel like a milking cow but seems like female family members seen my naked breasts more than I wish to, feels like my privacy is out the window. I cover up of course but there have been slip up moments. With my fiance too, don't feel so sexy or that mystery is lost after he has seen my boobs hanging out most of the time from nursing. Do any of you feel this way or am I the only one?
