Postpartum headache— anyone else?

Any other new moms having a hard time telling if their headache is from exhaustion, or something more like high blood pressure that they should be worried about? I have an at-home BP machine but that thing is always all over the place. I know some foot swelling after delivery is normal, too, so it’s hard to know when to worry. I’m only 3 days PP with my first and this is a whole new level of exhaustion for me. My feet/ankles have been same level of swollen since I left the hospital yesterday and the nurses all said it was normal. Anyone else in the same boat?
