So tonight was the first night DH and I went out without baby. He’s 8weeks old.

Grandma and grandpa babysat. We went to a couple friends bachelor/ette party. I had a few drinks.

So of course I pulled out some milk to defrost for bottles. Apparently LO slept the whole time we were gone pretty much and didn’t eat. I did feed him beforehand but it was pretty much almost a 4hr stretch.

I didn’t mind as I read on the way home I should still wait 2-3 hrs to feed from breast. However the milk smells sour!! The milk is from the end of Aug and I froze it immediately after pumping.

Medelas website said it was normal so I fed one of the bottles to baby. He didn’t seem to reject it and now he’s sleeping. But I can’t help feeling nervous that I just may have made him sick. Im a FTM ><
