A lot of drool and placement of hands in the mouth automatically mean my baby is in the early stages of teething? He also makes this clicking sound with his mouth almost like he’s trying to scratch the inside of his mouth?

Teething symptoms can start early around 3 months. Drooling, chewing, irritability and gums bothering them, diarrhea, etc.. doesn’t necessarily mean a tooth will pop up within a few days though! It could still take weeks or even a few months 😰. My son has been having all the mild symptoms for a few weeks now including diarrhea (talked to his pediatrician) but no teeth cutting yet.

Not all the time. My son had diarrhea and it turned into him doing that stuff. Your baby might be teething, it’s about time! My son is almost 12 weeks and starting. My SIL kids started earlier than this
