6wk No cardiac activity visible yet
I got pregnant using IVF, so we know the exact age the embryo is supposed to be. I just had my first ultrasound at 6wks3days and the doctor said the fetus is smaller than expected, and he couldn't find any cardiac activity. He said he's pretty concerned but not ruling out that it will be okay. I'm so super scared...has anyone not seen the heartbeat yet at 6 weeks and still had the pregnancy progress okay?
