Weird Braxton hicks.

Sooooo... . I only felt contractions one time when I lost my third pregnancy at 15 weeks. And when they were induced by pitocin. I dont know how they are alone though. I've been feeling them for awhile. I drank water, I'm on my left side and just took a tylenol. I'm trying to track them but I'm not great at them. They're not painful or discomforting but they are there. What else can I do to get rid of these if they are Braxton hicks? As I'm typing this I just felt a sharp pain in my back. My belly doesnt get hard. Anyone else's belly didn't get hard with contractions? I am trying not to be that pregnant woman this pregnancy and running to the L&D.

I took a bath as well.
