Heat rash or baby acne! Nothing to worry about. If you nurse/pump put some milk on there or keep the area dry.

Looks like newborn rash to me. My baby looked the same and on his two weeks appointment pediatrician told me it was normal and I was freaking out because I thought he had a virus or something

It looks like a bit of acne. It happens in high-sweat areas and pops up after napping or sweating badly. Probably nothing to worry about. Keep an eye on it!
