Acne Treatment Recommendations?

I’m currently 6+3 and have started breaking out like crazy (face, neck, chest, back). Any recommendations for treating this? It’s so embarrassing - I haven’t had acne like this since being a teenager. 😩

A super simple combination of witch hazel and tea tree oil. Use as an astringent once daily, it works wonders. It smells quite rough but it WORKS!

Girl same. I’ve heard a lot of people recommend Cetaphil. I use Neutrogena and Murad. Honestly the only thing that helps me if keeping makeup and hands off my face. So in other words I always look like crap 😂
