If it was implantation bleeding , would you cramp on and off, before during and after implantation bleeding? Or could you?

Shortly before I started what I think was implantation bleeding I was very mildly cramping, didnt last long.. I I cramped on and off the while bleeding, and its 3 days after it stopped and I have had mild cramping still on and off, not lasting long.

My usual period is bad cramps day before or day of bleeding and it's very heavy. This time was lighter and it stopped and restarted as spotting.

So? If it's possible pregnancy would you have mild cramping like that? Or should I be concerned?
