Pain 7 mos PP?

I’m 7 mos, almost 8 mos postpartum and starting last night I’ve had gnarly pain at my c-section site. Any insight? Should I be worried? Thanks!

Hmmm. That certainly doesn't sound normal. I'm 6 months pp and have virtually zero pain unless I'm working out and overdo an ab moment. You should reach out to your doctor, I'm sure they have a nurse you could chat with to see if you need to be seen.
