HG help! I can't stop throwing up

What should I do? The vomiting had been so bad as of late, the last 2 weeks just pure misery. I can tell I'm not getting enough nutrients or fluids.

My first appt is a week away. I called my doctor on Monday to see if I could be seen earlier to get some relief for the vomiting. It's affecting my everyday life. It's hard to work. I left work early yesterday and called out today. At work yesterday in a 3 hour span I threw up at least 7 times. No exaggeration.

Do I call my doctor and request to be seen it just go to the hospital for fluids. I can tell I'm getting dehydrated.

Also, when I called my doctor on Monday she suggested b6 tablets and unisom. They haven't helped one bit.
