what does this sound like?

i woke up this morning to my vagina feeling like it was on fire. i haven’t been able to go back to sleep, i had to take a shower and let the warm water hit it because it burns so bad. symptoms also include itching, fishy smell, lots of discharge (i can never tell with discharge bc i’ve always had lots of it no matter what) does this sound like bv?! the burning is what scares me because it’s so bad and has not gone away. i called on and their gonna call me back. if it is bv, r there other ways to treat besides flagyl? i hate that stuff. bv and yeast seems to be very reoccurring with me. it also burns when i have sex, bad. also 7 weeks pregnant, im scared this is going to cause a miscarriage.
