I just need to rant

So I know this isn’t exactly the right place to post this but you ladies are always so nice and supportive and all of this is because I’m pregnant. So my husband and I are trying to plan out holidays, he is a dispatcher so unless his schedule changes between now and Christmas he will will work the evening shift on Christmas eve and Christmas but he will be off Thanksgiving. We have already figured out plans for Christmas and everyone is happy with them, the problem is thanksgiving. We have decided to go to my moms and if my husbands parents stay home we will go there too because they are only 30 minutes apart. But my in laws plan on going to my husbands grandparents house. His great grandma sits in the kitchen and chain smokes. We have been there once since our son was born, it was over the summer and we spent all day outside in the pool. I’m pregnant again plus im allergic to something in cigarettes. I brake out in hives after I’ve been around it. I really don’t want to find out if my son is also allergic and I don’t want to hurt my other baby. His great grandma is trying guilt us into coming by saying she wants to see him more than once before she dies and I told her straight up that if she stopped smoking we would bring the kids over more and she might live a little longer to be able to see them more.
