Drinking water help amniotic levels?

Did drinking water help your amniotic fluid levels go up? What were your levels before and after drinking water? How much water and how much time in between level checks? Please be specific

I think water is important. When I went for my ultrasound my dr said that he could tell I was staying well hydrated because of my amniotic fluid looked great

Drinking water didn't help mine,  but I was also dialating without anyone knowing. One week I went from a 5.5 to a 4.9. But I also went from 3 to 6 cm so who knows what actually happened. My Dr kept telling me to drink more water and I did but my levels stayed the same from one appt to the next until the sudden drop. I got induced that day.

I've never had this issue but I no for sure it helps you need at least 4 liters to be safe I just had this conversation with my doctor and it doesn't take long to get there you can get there in a day
