Bfp - Blood test positive !!! Bleeding

I did 3 urine tests all positive .. then went to the lap for beta hcg levels it is 31 so There is pregnancy !

But today i have spotting and now light dark red bleeding and my AF is due yesterday

Help me I have apt tmrw. But I want your experiences
