okay so I work in a small medical office where it's only 3 people. (receptionist, doctor and assistant) my coworker is always on her phone, or outside with her friends during business hours, while patients are here or her friends are here inside the office just hanging out. it's really annoying, our manager only comes once a week so when manager is here everything goes smoothly but the other 4 days are horrible. also she commits time fraud daily. (expect when manager is here in office) I know if I tell, she'll know it was me. but it really does keep me from doing my job 100%, because I'm either doing both jobs or fixing her errors. I feel bad because I like her, and i know she has a family to support but how much is too much?
