Pain between legs?

I’ve been having excruciating pain between my legs, like where they connect to my pelvis. At times I can barely walk or even open my legs, and it’s becoming increasingly harder to take care of my 15 month old. Anyone experiencing this? I think I had some pain at the very end of my last pregnancy, but this is unbearable.  It sure if it is just normal growing pain with the pregnancy or if I should call the doctor. 😫

It may be pelvic girdle pain or symphysis pubic dysfunction. I find anything that cause you’re hips to be misaligned is like daggers in the v area. I actually just posted something asking for tips on relief and there were some great ideas. Try to keep your hips aligned and not separate your legs as much as possible. Hang in there!

Me! It’s not round ligament pain. It’s groin pain. It can be SPD. Mine started as a popping sound when I’d shift positions in bed at night, I learned when moving / switching from side to side to keep your knees together when doing so (helps a ton) as far as the pain when walking I haven’t found a solution :( only that if I dont over do it at night it usually doesn’t hurt right away when doing house activities and stuff til later on if I overwork myself.
I believe theres stretching / adjustments that can help I’m not 100% though so I’d ask your doctor

That sounds kind of intense for round ligament pain... I’d check in with your doctor, better safe than sorry. I’m not sure what they can do about it but it’s better to get checked and know that and maybe they’ll actually have a way to help? Kind of sounds like SPD but I think with SPD the pain is usually centered more..

It sounds like round ligament pain :/ 
I would mention it to your doc next appt and maybe try sleeping with an extra pillow between your knees

I have this exact same thing!!! Omg I was getting worried. Honestly glad I’m not alone... it’s pretty awful right? I think it’s SPD! Not entirely sure. Please let me know what your doctor says ♥️ I have found absolutely no relief yet

My chiropractor has helped a lot with the pelvic pain. And walking 2 miles a day helps too
