Basic Training question

How close/Far away were you from passing a PT test when you first shipped off to basic training? I’m super nervous, I’ve never been an athletic person and my goal is to enlist next month but I feel like I’m never going to be good enough. My starting weight was 215lbs and now I am 165 and I’m 10lbs away from where I need to be but I still feel as if my push ups/ sit ups/ running sucks. Does anyone mind sharing their before and afters like how much you were able to do before and after basic training? Especially if you lost a lot of weight before enlisting and weren’t an athlete.
