How far along am i?

So i ovulated 2 weeks ago..took a test on my expected period. Its positive..does that make me only 2 weeks pregnant? Ive always been confused about conception dates..i just didnt think it was possible to have a positive test this early

4 weeks because medical system uses first day of you last menstrual period as the marker for the start of your menstrual cycle and to count pregnancy weeks. The exact date of ovulation may not exactly correlate with conception because the egg and sperm may meet up a day or two after ovulation. Congratulations!

Normally you would just go by the first day of your last period. Which at this point would probably make you about 4 week. Congratulations ☺️

They normally count from Last period like when I was pregnant my lms was Sept 17-2018 I found out I was pregnant in October on the 20th because I was late so I was 4 week when I found out but conceived October 1st.
