Anyone with Von willebrandts disease and give birth?

Looking for some moms that have given birth with a clotting disorder like hemophilia or Von willebrandts disease and had a c section. I am terrified that I cannot have an epidural or spinal and would need to go under General. Natural birth is not on the cards both via person choice (not doing it with no drugs lol) and because of our little baby being male, there is a risk associated with assisted birth (vacuum or forceps assistance) that could result in a brain hemorrhage. He carries a high risk of being a hemophiliac too. Please and thank you.
