Help please!

So last night I was having a bit of pain in my stomach and lower back it was a very very weird pain (more like burning sensation) and today I was feeling perfectly fine until about an hour ago that I stared to feel a light burning sensation in my vagina area, it doesn’t hurt when i pee and I know for sure that is not an infection so what else could it be? My period is late so could it be a sign that aunt flow is coming? Or should I talk to my doctor? Thanks!
