Implantation or Period

Hey ladies, my husband and i had a miscarriage a year ago in June and have been trying to convince. We have gone to the doctor's for help and all they did was sit me in a room and came and talked to me saying your fine just keep trying and then drew some blood then 2 months later updated me saying there is nothing wrong . We still haven't conceived but this month my period was due the 15th of September and it didnt come so on the 16th of September i took a test it was negative the the 17th i had very light pink spotting in the morning and it got a little darker throughout the day but not heavy it was light but by 10PM it had stopped and i havent bled since and no cramping. Can i get some advice please.
