When my water leaked it was a lot more wet than that, but it could be. Maybe keep an eye on it for a couple hours and make a decision from there. I’d put on new panties that you can see the wetness kinda like what you have on now and go from there! If it’s your water, it’ll happen again.

Does it have a smell? Try putting on a panty liner or pad, laying down for 30 mins and when you get up if you feel a leak, check the color/smell. 
Amniotic fluid will be clear, or pink tinted (maybe green), and it will not have a smell. If it has a smell like ammonia, it’s probably urine or discharge.

My doctor told me any type of fluid that is not normal to just go to labor and delivery !
