Decreased movement?

I’m 31 weeks and 2 days and it seems like my little babe hasn’t been as active. Is that normal?

Anytime you have a decrease in movement that you feel concerned about you should either call L&D and talk to them about it or go in to get monitored. Baby should have a regular moving pattern at this point, but it’s also possible baby is sleeping.

My babe has some “sleepier” days than others. I still get the 10 kicks within an hour but it’s not during usual times that I feel her moving. If you’re concerned at all you should definitely call your OB.

I was told by my doctor  10 kicks in 1 hour - if not go to L&D
