Pain on right side of my pelvis?

Hello. I’m 14 weeks pregnant with baby #1. For the past couple hours, I’ve had a throbbing pain on the lower right side of my uterus. I used my doppler and the baby is on my lower left side with a loud heartbeat. What could the throbbing pain be?

I asked about it today because i was having it on my my left side and the doctor told me that thats what side i released an egg from and when that happens some people get a cyst there but its not the same as the 1s people get on their cycles this 1 will eventually disappear on its own but it can hurt for awhile  and will eventually go away at some point . Some people feel it and some dont . Im 9 weeks and been feeling pain on my 1 side and didnt know what it was until today at my ultrasound.

It could be round ligament pain. I’m 16 weeks pregnant with twins & my stomach has been KILLING me for the past few days bc it’s stretching out. If you are worried I would go to the er. When you get close to or enter the 2nd trimester that’s usually when the round ligament pain begins.
