Help! White head on clit!

So, I’ve made a post before and included a photo of my issue, and people were telling me about how they had the same issue but the post was removed and I couldn’t read all of them. I have a white head/pimple looking thing on my clit and I’m not sure what to do. I can’t go and see a doctor because I’m in another country for a few months. It isn’t an STD, I’m not having sex for it to be.
