I’m 23 weeks pregnant and have new symptoms. I get dizzy , extreme headaches, and numb hands. Is this normal?

These sound like symptoms of gestational diabetes. I was just diagnosed with it and was feeling similar. Talk to your doctor they usually wait until 24-28 weeks to do the test but with twins chances of gestational diabetes is higher. You want to find out sooner than later for your safety and the babies! Could be a number of things. Could be heart related but it could also be the fact that the baby is laying on a nerve causing some of the symptoms. Go get checked out
