I guilt myself into doing what I want to put off or I remind myself if I don't do it, no one else will.

Your thoughts and feelings come in, but you keep the promise to yourself just like you would for a friend.

I don't really think about it, I get up and do it. Easier than keep trying to convince myself I need to do it.
