Night pains
Anyone else with SPD finding these last few weeks especially tough?
I’m not too bad for pain during the day when I’m up/moving a little more but nights are just torture now 😩 so much pain even to slightly turn in bed. I’ve been in tears the last few nights trying to move in bed or get out for the bathroom so I just don’t sleep 😕 then I’m up at 6am for work and get home about 5:30pm. I still have two more weeks at work as well 😪
