Nina

Went to the Dr this morning at 38+2 weeks for a growth ultrasound, and the amniotic fluid around baby was super low. My OB was a little concerned so I walked over to LD and tested positive for my waters leaking and I had no clue!!

I was admitted at around 10am, and they used a balloon catheter to dialate my cervix (I was only at 1cm when I came in). After a little bit of that, they started my pitocin drip and I got my epidural aroundn 1 or 2pm but wasn't having too much pain before. I started feeling a little pressure around 4:30, and they came and checked me again and I was at 10cm, they got everything out for me to push, and I didn't even give the Dr enough time to come in and get all the way covered up before pushing out my baby. It only took 3 or 4 pushes with contractions and I was so surprised after having such a horrible experience with my first, which wasn't even an induction.

Anyways, long story short..... Meet Brendon Elliott πŸ’•
