Ok so I’ve been bleeding now for 3 weeks going into the 4th week... I’m starting to get concerned and have tried to get an appointment with my doctors but they’re booked up for 6 weeks in advance, can anyone give me a clue as to why I’m bleeding this long? I’m not normally like this. TIA.

I would get an emergency appointment with the doctors mine do them if you call in the morning (9am-11am). Are you on any kind of birth control? My friend bled for a few months on the injection, definitely get it looked at sooner rather than later

Can you go to a family planning or walk in clinic? You need to be seen. Try ringing 111 for advice, they can usually get you on the emergency appointment list at your GP surgery

Doctors should let you call in with an emergency appointment. You should not have to wait 6 weeks for an appointment for an emergency. Please, find a new doctor.
