AF early? Or?

10dpo and very very light spotting. Is AF early or is this a sign of implantation..?

Answer

Implantation usually occurs about a week after ovulation which is typically a week before your period. Its very light pink or brown and usually only last an hour or two. Out of 4 pregnancies I've only experienced it once, most women don't ever experience it.
