my son wears one every day since like 3 months! his teething has been a breeze. he has 2 fully out on the bottom and 2 breaking through now on the top. never had to use tylenol or anything!he wears it all day we just take it off at bathtime/bedtime. he wears it during naps though

If I has one I would only let her have it on while awake and supervised at all times bit I heard for it to be effective it has to be worn constantly. So I decided not to do it.
