Freaking out

So ladies I’m asking for help here or advice on what do you think I should do I five days late and I don’t know what I should think I didn’t have a tubal done I burned and a cut and God knows what else I did with him LOL just kidding no but I did have a tool done but I’m never late and as many days as this time now any advice please help
