Is this normal?!!!

Hey guys

I’m 32+3 and I was just doing my hair when my pinky toe started to hurt a lot. I just looked at it and now it feels swollen and looks swollen too. Should I be concerned? Other than that I feel fine. I should also mention it feels warm and it’s red, but you can see that in the picture. Should I call the doctor?
