Poop smells like vinegar!
So my little one is exclusively breastfed, she has been very congested lately but not ill. No fever no cough ect..she has been having blowouts that smell acidic like vinegar and are a little brownish yellow and no longer seedy? Anyone know what it could be I haven't eaten anything acidic lately. She doesn't seem uncomfortable, not fussy.
