Ultrasound question
So, I'm super late and long story short, I had an ultrasound to see if I'm pregnant or not. I wasn't able to see any pictures and I have to wait until next week to hear from the doctor, but I am curious about a couple things.
1) When a tech is doing a transvaginal ultrasound, is it normal for then to do the audio bit of the arteries if you aren't pregnant?
The tech did an audio check and when I had an ultrasound done years ago, I don't think the tech did the audio.
2) on my right side, I heard the "whoosh whoosh" of my artery, but on my left side, it sounded like the "whoosh whoosh" with a windy "squishy" behind it at on a different rhythm. I've heard that same windy squish on my doppler and I'm wondering if that could be a placenta squish. Could that be a placenta sound?
