Anyone an ultrasound tech?

What a week I’ve had 😭. Last week I was spotting on and off. Yesterday I had my first ultrasound. I was 5+1 sac was measuring 5+4. Dr wasn’t 100% sure if he could see the yolk sac, but thought he saw a possible fetal pole at the bottom. which makes no sense. After getting back I showed my friend my ultrasound and she said it looked like I have a sch above the gestational sac. Now I’m all worried and won’t be going back to the dr for another 2 weeks. I asked about the ultrasound, but won’t hear anything back until Monday maybe Tuesday.
