Braxton Hicks?

28 weeks on Sunday. I think I’m having Braxton Hicks contractions. How many hours do I let them go on before going to hospital

Braxton hicks are very inconsistent and irregular, but my OB told me to look for 10 in 2hrs. At that point it's more than likely actual contractions and to call them or go to the ER. She also explained that it would go up and around your belly vs a braxton hick is more on each side and into your back.
