Ovarian cyst, any recommendations?

Hey folks

So after a visit to to ER after I thought my appendix was infected I found out I have an ovarian cyst.

I’m calling an OBGYN tomorrow to schedule a follow up appointment, but in the meantime does anyone have recommendations for how to help ease the pain, and/or make it go away faster? Likewise, any warnings of things not to do while I wait for it to go away?

The doc said to take painkillers until it goes away on its own, but I’m open to anything that may have helped you.
