TTC frustration

My husband and I have been TTC for 5 months so far, the first month, I got my period normally, next month it was 3 weeks late. Next 3 months was back to normal now we are in month 5 and its 12 days late. I've taken multiple tests all negative. Now I'm spotting, not enough for a liner just when wiping. Should I even bother thinking its implantation or just my period? Last months was very light and only 3 days, usually I have a heavy one for atleast 5 days! I'm just so frustrated i just want to see those lines come up
