Is it normal for pregnancy symptoms to come and go in very early pregnancy?

I’ve had a lot of miscarriages, so I’m very nervous :(

I didn’t have any symptoms whatsoever besides feeling like my period was on its way.

I went through this with my first and again this time. I had initial symptoms (nausea, sore boobs, etc) around the time of my missed period so I “felt” pregnant. Then around week 5, the symptoms disappeared for a few weeks so I got super anxious that I wasn’t really pregnant.
Symptoms definitely come and go. Don’t use them as a basis for whether your pregnancy is healthy. Many women don’t realize they’re pregnant until 6-8 weeks because of a lack of symptoms. If you have any concerns, definitely call your doctor, but it’s normal to be symptom free at times. 🙂

Symptoms are not really everything to pin hopes on. I've had horrendous morning sickness with every single pregnancy from 4 weeks onwards (infact it's my first sign usually before a test can even show me a bfp) with one of the pregnancies I had a miss misscariage but was still vomiting the morning of my scan where I found I lost the baby weeks before. With another 2 I bled alot very early on.  If you don't have symptoms try not to worry and instead enjoy the fact you don't just yet because give it a few weeks and I'm sure you will get plagued by some. No one goes through the whole of pregnancy without some ailments whether it be vomiting, cramps, increased discharge or really stuffy sinuses. Look at it as "Your having a good day/week". unfortunately the worry of misscariages is very real and if you've had one it can be all you think about for a long while. I didn't relax abit about it until I got to my 20 week anomaly scan. although I've paid for a few private 3d/4d ones for some reassurance they didn't help the anxiety for long. I know my comment hasn't probably helped but I do understand what your going through... honestly there's no real way of knowing, just have faith and hope, that's all we can really do ❤
